Authorization of Diagnostic & Repairs Payment Policy
- After completion of the repair diagnosis, customers have 2 business days to either (1) authorize the repairs or (2) pay the diagnostic fee and remove the vehicle from our property.
- Payment is due in full upon completion of all repairs. Customers have 2 business days from the time of repair completion to pay and pick up their vehicle.
- Vehicles not approved for repair, paid in full, or removed within 2 business days will be subject to a $50 per day storage fee and may be towed at the owner’s expense.
Parking & Abandoned Vehicles
- Parking is reserved for active customers only.
- Unauthorized or abandoned vehicles will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense without notice.
Customer-Supplied Parts Policy
- We do not install customer-supplied parts under any circumstances. The only exception is customer-supplied tires, which we will install at the customer’s request.
- No warranty is provided on customer-supplied tires. We can only provide warranties on parts sourced directly through our shop.
Warranty Policy
- Labor is warrantied for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.
- Warranty applies only to labor provided by our shop.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect or unrelated component failures.
Estimate Disclaimer
- All estimates are based on a preliminary inspection and are subject to change.
- Additional repairs may be necessary once work has begun.
- Customers will be contacted for approval before any additional work is performed.
Liability Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles, pre-existing damage, or failure of unrelated components.
Test Drive Authorization
- By leaving your vehicle with us, you authorize us to operate and test drive your vehicle as necessary for diagnosis and repair.
Customer Conduct Policy
- Abusive language, harassment, or profanity toward staff will not be tolerated.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
